At our Boutique -

If you live locally, you are welcome to shop in person in our Boutique. We have stock all the same products as our online shop.

Card payments will be debited and cleared by SagePay secure online payment services. For more information visit http://www.sagepay.com/. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Once your on-line order is complete, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the authorization is refused, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will however endeavour to inform customers ASAP so that they may resolve the problem.

Pricing & Promos

At Natural Baby Shower we endeavour to stock ethical products with honest pricing. We never knowingly oversell, and we offer our customers the best prices we can. We do not however Price Match or actively undercut competitors to gain a sale. We do not believe this is an ethical way to do business and such practise is detrimental to retailers, manufacturers, supplier & ultimately the customer, as it is destructive for industry, enterprise & the economy

We do however over short term sales, product promotions, special offers periodically. We also offer discount codes to from time to time. Unfortunately these can NEVER be used retrospectively (on orders already placed), or after the expiry date given. You can normally also use online codes when ordering over the phone, in store & by mail.

Once you have placed an online order, it will not be possible to make changes to it once sent to dispatch. It may be possible to amend before this, so it is best to call or email as soon as possible. We will always help where we can.

At Natural Baby Shower we like to go that extra mile & add value where we can – and here is one of our ways to do that!

Our Free Gift Wrapping Service lets you have your gift purchases wrapped totally free of charge. It couldn't be easier - you choose the gifts, we wrap and deliver them - beautifully packaged, direct to the recipient, with your personal message included.

How does it work?

• Add your gifts to the cart & follow the checkout process as normal.
  • NOTE: if you use quick checkout processes (e.g. PayPal, Google Checkout), the gift option step in the checkout process may be missed
    
• If you would like the gift delivered direct to recipient, add their address as a new shipping address.
• In the next step you will be asked if you have any gift items in your order. Tick the box, yes and your options will appear.
• You can gift the whole order, or individual items within in it (useful if you are ordering a couple of different gifts to be delivered to your own address). There will be boxes for you to enter your message and we do the rest!
• As an extra special touch you can buy a handmade greetings card from our collection and we will hand write in your message there.
• You will receive an order confirmation & notification of shipping. Gift orders will include information on how the recipient can exchange if required, but NO invoice or products prices will be included in the parcel.

• Have you ever agonized over choosing gifts for a newborn, worried that everyone else will have brought the same teddy? Well worry no more!
• Simply ask parents-to-be to make an NBS Wishlist of items they would really like orneed and you can forward email to their circle for them.  If you are a parent-to-be, you may want to make the list with close friend or relative so they can pass it around on your behalf.
• The idea works especially well for baby showers.  The list can easily be forwarded the invitees before the party. Or you might simply want to record a list of products to buy when the time is right.  Don’t forget as well, we offer a free gift wrap service. 

Here’s how:

• Click on My Wishlist in the top right-hand corner of the homepage. If you’re a new customer fill in the quick form to create an account with us.  If you’re an existing customer just give us your email and password (No worries if you can’t remember your password, we know what that’s like!  Just click on the forgot password link, fill in your email address and a temporary password will be sent to your inbox immediately.)
• Once you’ve logged in the fun begins. Browse the site, when you see something that tickles your fancy click the pink Add to Wishlist button (below add to cart button). Don’t hold back now - it’s time to let your imagination run wild, to put the ‘Wish’ into Wishlist!
• You’ll be taken to a special Wishlist page where you can leave a comment on your wished-for product. It could be a note for yourself: “Don’t forget to buy after pay-day” or for your baby-shower friends, “I love this one, if you want to club together to buy it for me I’d be a very happy lady.” Or you can simply leave the box blank.
• If you decide you want to buy the products there and then, you can click the green Add to Cart button.
• Or to save your Wishlist choices click on Update Wishlist.
• Once you’ve spent a happy few hours browsing our products and you’re sure that you’ve chosen what you need, want and LOVE then you can send the list to friends and relatives by clicking on the ‘Share Wishlist’ button.
• This takes you to a final page where you add email addresses and write a quick comment about why you’re sharing the list.

And hey presto, all your NBS wishes will come true!
