The Axkid ONE 3 is a car seat designed to accommodate children from birth to 7 years old whilst remaining in the safest position of rear facing which is something I’ve been researching for some time.
I was definitely a bit unsure how this would work but having used the car seat now I can see what a wonderfully designed seat this is! With an easy to use slide feature you can pop the seat back to allow for plenty of leg room for bigger children (up to 30cm), this also allows for ease of getting babies and children in and out of the seat.
It has a handy feature of magnets on the straps so you can keep them out of the way whilst putting children into the seat too. Both my 9 month old and 3 and a half year old are equally happy and comfortable in the seat and it really does take 30 seconds to install making it so easy to move from car to car if need be!
It is one of the few car seats I’ve seen that really considers the needs of extended rear facing and I will always recommend an Axkid to anyone who asks for this reason! 10/10 for us and do look into extended rear facing if you haven’t already!
