CYBEX Coya Compact Stroller Review

Similar to the CYBEX Libelle, the CYBEX Coya is made with space-saving in mind, and built for those parents who are always on the road. Though many of their features and highlights are the same, the Coya’s once-handed flat recline seat, ergonomic features and modern and stylish design is what sets it apart.

The CYBEX Coya Compact Stroller was the pram we didn’t know we needed until we had it – what a game changer!

Previously, we had been using a large travel system for our 6-month-old and almost three-year-old, but it is just too big, bulky, and takes up all the space in our car boot. We were desperately on the look out for a smaller, more compact option.

The Cybex Coya provided us with all the answers. It folds up neatly so there’s plenty more boot space, and it’s so easy to fold down and carry, which makes it the perfect companion when travelling with a baby and toddler. So far, our toddler has been loving it! We’re not quite ready for our baby to face forward all of the time, so it’s been perfect having the stroller for our toddler while the baby is either in the carrier or in our arms.

This stroller is smooth and easy to push, and the wheels are plastic so they feel sturdy and long-lasting. It is lightweight, compact and looks really fashionable (which isn’t essential, but definitely a bonus!). We have the Leaf Green colour which is gorgeous, it is slightly lighter in person than it looks online but it’s stunning nonetheless.

The rain cover is amazing and fits on perfectly. The hood blocks out lots of sun, so I can tell it’ll be great for the summer to keep the little ones safe and protected.

The full reclining position is a dream and super cosy. With the adjustable straps at the back, it suits our toddler to have it slightly reclined, and our baby fully reclined.

The basket at the bottom is a good size, it doesn’t quite fit our baby bag, and attaching my bag onto the handlebar tips the pram easily as it’s so lightweight. This would be my only negative for the CYBEX Coya and might suggest you go for a different option if you are an over-packer like me!

I must say, our toddler asks to go in ‘the new pram’ every time we leave the house and has told all his friends and his Nanny about it!
