Monday - My First Stuffed Potato
Preparation: 15 minutes Cooking time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 potato
- 30g minced beef
- 1/4 of an onion
- 1 small tomato
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- A pinch of oregano
Wash the potato and place into the steamer basket to cook for 2 minutes.
Take a frying pan and drizzle in the olive oil along with the onion, chopped tomato and oregano.
Cook slowly, stirring from time to time, until the onion turns transparent.
Add the minced beef and simmer for a few minutes.
Cut the potato in two lengthwise and spoon out some of the flesh.
Blend the potato with the cooked meat.
Fill the two halves of hollowed-out potato and put in the oven to warm.
To peel the tomato, just make a small cross in the skin with the tip of a knife and steam for a few minutes. (This way the tomato won’t split open when cooking!)
Tuesday - Mini Pasta with Cauliflower
Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 30g mini pasta
- 100g cauliflower
- 1 knob of butter
Rinse the cauliflower. Remove the stalks and white branches at the base. Then, separate into very small florets to obtain a coarse mixture then spoon into the steamer basket. Start a 12 min cooking cycle.
While the cauliflower is cooking, boil some water in a saucepan and cook the pasta.
Mix the pasta, cauliflower, butter and a spoonful of the cooking water from the pasta, if needed.
It is now ready to serve!
Wednesday - Carrot and Sweet Potato with Turmeric

- 100g carrot
- 100g sweet potato
- 1/4 onion
- A pinch of turmeric
- A knob of butter
- 50ml single cream
Peel the carrot and sweet potato, rinse and cut into chunks. Peel and slice the onion.
Put the vegetables into the steamer basket of your Nutribaby+ and start a 20-minute cooking cycle.
