Parent Reviewer - Carla Escobar
I was absolutely thrilled to receive the UPPAbaby Vista V3. The delivery was incredibly fast—arriving in less than two days after I received the confirmation email. Talk about speedy service! The stroller was packed securely, and I was immediately impressed with how well it was protected inside the box.
Equally impressive, was how quickly we had it up and running. We timed the setup, and in less than 15 minutes, the Vista V3 was fully assembled—even with a few extra moments spent testing the new bassinet with a baby doll. While we won’t be using the bassinet just yet, I couldn't resist opening it up to check it out.
And wow, the new bassinet design is simply stunning. It’s beautifully breathable, and the V3 canopy provides next-level coverage for your newborn. The mattress? Somehow even fluffier than the one in the V2! I can’t help but wish we had this version when Fifi was born last year—it’s the perfect little sanctuary for your baby.
A Special Place in My Heart
As a mum who has tested countless pushchairs and prams over the years, the UPPAbaby Vista holds a truly special place in my heart. We had the V1 when Violeta was a toddler, and the V2 with Ollie and Phoebe. So, when I had the chance to test the Vista V3, I was beyond excited to share my honest thoughts on it.
One of my absolute favourite upgrades from the V1 to the V2 was the canopy—it was a much-needed improvement, and UPPAbaby delivered. With the V3, they’ve taken it even further by adding larger mesh panels for better airflow when extended. This is such a thoughtful feature, especially during warm weather, and it truly makes the Vista stand out as a top contender in the stroller market.
And can we talk about style? I adore the updated colours and the refined design. The little leather-brown UPPAbaby label on the canopy is the perfect finishing touch. It’s not just a pushchair—it’s a statement piece. It feels like I’m strolling with something that’s as fashionable as it is functional.
Comfort and Interaction
The seat is incredibly comfortable for both my one-year-old and my two-and-a-half-year-old. It’s one of the longest seats we’ve tested, and even my eldest feels completely at ease. I love how the toddler seat positions them at almost my height—it makes our walks so much more interactive. They love facing out and soaking up the world around them, but I can’t resist switching to parent-facing mode now and then. Those moments, where we chat and connect as I walk them, are priceless.
The Magic Basket
It’s no secret—I tell anyone who’ll listen—that the basket on the UPPAbaby Vista is simply the best. It’s a lifesaver and can hold everything from a day’s worth of pool gear for three kids to a full grocery shop, Christmas gifts, or even all the essentials for a trip to Center Parcs. Honestly, I can’t imagine navigating the forest trails without it.
In the past, I found it a bit challenging to fully enjoy the basket’s potential in sibling mode. However, that’s one area where the V3 has really improved. After testing it all weekend, I’ve noticed how much easier it is to access the basket, even with two kids on board. It feels more spacious, more practical, and much less stressful to use.
Unmatched Quality and Durability
One of the main reasons I keep returning to the UPPAbaby Vista is its exceptional build quality. The V3 is no exception. UPPAbaby has clearly poured attention into every detail, creating a stroller that’s not only functional but also built to last. From the sturdy frame to the premium fabrics, everything about the Vista V3 feels luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The new colours are stunning, and the Liam version I’m using is everything I hoped for—it’s simply beautiful.
The frame strikes the perfect balance between lightweight manoeuvrability and solid durability. Even on uneven surfaces, the V3 performs like a dream. We took it to the park after a storm, and the paths were littered with sticks and debris. Yet, it glided over everything effortlessly, with Phoebe blissfully unaware of the mess beneath her wheels. That kind of high performance gives me so much confidence—knowing this stroller can handle the wear and tear of our daily adventures without compromising the comfort of my little ones.
The fabrics are another standout feature. They’re not only stylish and modern but also incredibly easy to clean—something I really appreciate as a parent with two kids who love eating and touching everything. Snack spills, muddy shoes, or even impromptu art projects don’t stand a chance against the V3’s materials. On our very first ride, Ollie demanded a lollipop, and I braced myself for sticky fingers all over the handlebar. But with just a quick wipe, it looked as good as new.
Designed to Grow with Your Family
The Vista V3’s ability to adapt to growing families is another testament to its quality. Whether you’re using it as a single stroller or in sibling mode, everything clicks into place effortlessly. The connectors feel sturdy and reliable, and every component fits seamlessly—no awkward, clunky movements. This is exactly what I need in a stroller that will last through multiple children.
What Could Be Better?
The sturdy frame of the UPPAbaby Vista does make it heavier than some other strollers, particularly when it comes to folding or lifting it into a car trunk. This might not be ideal for parents who frequently need to carry their stroller upstairs or those seeking a lightweight travel option.
This is especially true for us, as we have a set of stairs to access our house. I often have to carry the pushchair downstairs and then put the babies in it before heading out, as I can’t manage both at once on my own.
While its durability and spaciousness more than makeup for the extra weight, portability can be a challenge for some. Personally, I tend to use the Vista more when I’m with my husband or eldest daughter, as they help me carry it down the stairs.
Its size and wide wheelbase can make manoeuvring through tight spaces, like narrow shop aisles or busy cafes, a little tricky. That said, we recently took the Vista V3 to a very small coffee shop, and it fit perfectly—something we couldn’t have done with any double-sided strollers.
Overall Thoughts
Investing in the Vista V3 means investing in a stroller that will last through multiple children and countless adventures. It’s rare to find a product that combines style, function, and durability so flawlessly, but UPPAbaby has managed to do it again with the V3. If you’re looking for a stroller that will grow with your family, provide maximum comfort, and withstand the test of time, the Vista V3 is worth considering.
