- After each breastfeeding session, leave a couple of breastmilk drops in each cup + apply them directly to the nipple
- Before the next feed, simply remove the silver nipple cups + rinse your nipples with water before breastfeeding
- They can be washed with warm water + soap between each feed, with no need to sterilise
- They may tarnish over time due to the natural oxidisation process that occurs in silver, however they are still safe + effective to use
- Do not wash the cups in the dishwasher
